* Residential trainees & students should verify their status by uploading an official certificate from their Institution during the online registration.

** All abovementioned prices include VAT 24%

The Registration Fees include:

• Delegate’s badge
• Admission to the scientific sessions
• Admission to the exhibition hall
• Congress scientific material
• Certificate of attendance
• Accreditation
• Coffee breaks and light lunches during the meeting
• Welcome Reception on the first evening

Registration Payment Methods

All registration fees should be paid in advance in EUR and made out to VM Congresses Ltd, mentioning 5th ISIDOG Congress. Please do not forget to indicate your first and last name on the payment.

Payments can be made by:

1. Credit Card

Visa or MasterCard are accepted. Credit cards are debited in EUR.

2. Bank Transfer

Account Holder: VM CONGRESSES LIMITED

Please make sure all bank fees are covered by the submitting account and that the payment is free of charge for the receiver account. Please mention your first and last name and "5th ISIDOG Congress" on the bank transfer.

In order for your early bird registration to be valid, the bank transfer should be made until 31st July 2023 (included).  A copy of the deposit receipt must be sent by e-mail, to [email protected] together with the registration application.

3. On-site registrations will be paid by cash or credit card.

Note: The option of payment by bank transfer will only be available until Friday 13 October 2023. After that date, the only available payment method for pre-registrations will be via credit card.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds

The Meeting Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail ([email protected]) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Meeting in October 2023.

Phishing Awareness

You are strongly advised to be alert for unauthorized agents who may contact you directly by email or phone, offering their services. Free Spirit and VM Congresses are the officially authorized and exclusive PCOs of the Congress.
