- All abovementioned rates are inclusive of breakfast and taxes.
- Accommodation tax of € 4,00 per room/per night for 5* hotels is not included. This tax is payable directly by clients at the hotels.
- Check in time is 15:00 hours and check out is 11:00 hours.
- The abovementioned rates apply solely for the dates of the Meeting (October 19-22, 2023). For pre-post stays, rates will be upon hotel availability.
- The final confirmation of the reservations will be sent after full payment has been received.
- The accommodation bookings are being responsibly communicated, confirmed and finalized by VM Congresses LTD to the hotels. Thus, the provision of vouchers or reference numbers is not necessary and for the check-in of the guests only a demonstration of the official documentation (passport, identity card) is mandatory.
Group reservations
Group reservations of four (4) rooms or more will be handled separately. In order to submit an enquiry for a group booking or for further information please contact VM Congresses Ltd by e-mail ([email protected]), providing the number of rooms needed and preferred hotel if possible. Please note that telephone reservations will not be accepted.
